What is your returns/refunds policy?
As a family run business the quality of our products are our top priority and making sure our fans are happy, however if something's not quite right, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We're here to help.
Returns:
Since our items are perishable, we can’t accept returns. Refunds would only be considered if the product is faulty. Please read the refund section below for details.
Refunds
We have a refund policy of 30 days, If that period has passed since your purchase then we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. However if, for any reason you feel you require a refund within those 30 days please get in touch at bert@chocnibbles.co.uk . We will require photographs of the product / packaging and will provide an email to notify you when these have been received.
To complete your refund, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have purchased our goods online and approved for a refund, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the item was bought on sale or in a deal, the amount paid will be refunded, not the original price.
